Probst Electric is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative and Onboarding Assistant to join our Human Resources team.Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute onboarding tasks, including pre-employment screenings, background checks, and paperwork completion.
- Maintain accurate and timely entry of new employee data into HR systems (e.g., JD Edwards, iCIMS).
- Communicate with new hires to guide them through onboarding steps and resolve inquiries promptly.
