Description
QED Hospitality is looking for an experienced, talented Chef de Cuisine to join our team at Marsh House in the Thompson Nashville. Marsh House serves elevated, southern seafood-focused fare for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.
The ideal candidate will have experience leading a kitchen, developing menus, and working in a high-volume environment. Great communication skills and the ability to work with a team are a must. The Chef de Cuisine will work closely with the Executive Chef, including in developing and training the back of house team, managing the food, labor and other operational costs of the restaurant, and developing all menus.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
Exceptional leadership skills
Minimum 5 years past experience as a sous chef
Strong expediting skills and ability to work all stations
Experience managing food and labor costs
Preferred
Past experience with hotel F&B
Experience with scheduling
Familiarity with Aloha, Google Drive
