Day Center Cna

The Day Center Certified Nurse Assistant works at our Adult Day Health Center assisting participants with activities of daily living and providing both restorative and supportive care.

They follow the care plan, assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, and toileting. They also document provided care in accordance with established policies.

CNAs carry out reports on observed changes in participants' health status such as vital signs and skin condition.
