    Description

    Position:
    Help Desk Support

    Alpharetta, GA/ Remote
    Duration: 6 months Contract to hire

    Responsible for screening, referring and diagnosing internal or external inquiries and work requests as they relate to maintenance of personal computers and related systems.

    May assist in performing minor troubleshooting in the identification of applicable problems relating to PC's, applications software and basic information systems communications.


    Education:
    High school diploma, vocational training or equivalent
    Entry level experience

    Knowledge/Skills:
    May have knowledge of a wide variety of software, hardware and PC operating systems is preferred .

    M-F Hours of operation are 8AM EST to 9PM EST hours may fall in any of those ranges. Training will be 9AM to 5PM EST

    Mainly remote will have to go into the office for some meetings or if they are unable to work from home.

    1st few days are in the office for training.
