    Call Center Customer Service Specialist

    Tracking Code Job Description This is a Monday-Friday position, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturday hours, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm.

    **Your responsibilities:**

    Efficient and effective customer service.

    Responding to customer inquiries as necessary.

    Performing account maintenance, customer research and assisting with other projects as requested by management.

    Provides personalized customer service by learning about customer needs and financial goals.

    Electronic banking support such as ATM and debit card assistance, online banking, bill payment and E-statement enrollment and maintenance.
