Our Financial Analyst is an integral part of the Finance Team.
You will be responsible for executing the annual budgeting process, performing ad-hoc analysis, providing accurate, timely and insightful financial reports as well as identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.

What you'll do:
Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes by partnering with executive management to ensure alignment with business and corporate objectives
Perform variance and trend analysis between actual, budget and forecast targets for our business
Influence business decisions by providing analytical support, including development and maintenance of financial models and ad-hoc reporting
Leverage tools and systems to quickly access data and present meaningful, concise information to management
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reports
Proactively seek and streamline processes to add efficiencies without sacrificing quality
Perform self-initiated analysis to highlight areas of management interest
Optimize and enhance current reports and templates with validation checks for process improvement where possible
What you'll need:
A BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business or STEM discipline
2+ years of experience in Accounting, FP&A/Financial Analyst or quantitative analysis role; SaaS/Software industry a plus
Experience with Salesforce or other ERP system
is a plus
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or other BI/data visualization software
is a plus
Exceptional attention to detail and an inquisitive nature; having a desire to understand the business behind the numbers will contribute to your success
Desire to be an independent worker with ability to conduct research, analyze data and problem solve
Outstanding ability to visually present information
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentations skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

The starting pay range for this role is $70,000+ per annum.Pay progression based on your performance.
