- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical, mechanical and electrical issues via telephone and email.
- Identify issues and help formulate appropriate resolutions escalating to management when necessary.
- Promote and maintain positive customer relations while maintaining a positive attitude.
Meet or exceed daily ticket volume of 15 per day. - Monitor and respond to customers via various means of communication logging all interactions in the CRM.
- Communicate emerging issues, observations or trends to direct supervisor.
- Communicate and adhere to warranty guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing product training to expand knowledge.
- Must be able to meet weekly schedule Monday - Friday, multiple shifts available (8-5, 8:30-5:30 & 9-6)
- Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field is a plus but not required
2+ years working directly with customers in either a technical sales or technical support role is preferred - Highly motivated and ability to exceed customer expectations via troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical people
- Strong problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills are crucial
- Experience with building automation systems and industrial electronics is a plus
Mechanical aptitude as well as general understanding of electrical applications would provide a major advantage - Experience working with a CRM and/or ERP system is a plus
