Description
One of our clients is a high growth, industry leading, $700 million organization with eight plants across North America. Their customer base includes a number of Fortune 500 food and beverage manufacturing organizations (PepsiCo, Smucker's, General Mills, Post, Danone, Coca-Cola, Hershey, Keurig Dr. Pepper, etc.).They have been growing rapidly by both organic growth and acquisition and have been hitting bonuses at 100% or more for the past three years in a row.
They have retained us for our help on identifying a Plant Manager who will have full financial and operational oversight for a 40 non-union employee FDA regulated plant in Texas (El Paso).
The compensation package for this opportunity will vary with experience, but will likely be in the $190-220k range (base + bonus) plus a relocation package.
Our client is ideally looking for an individual who has the ability to be promoted into a multiple plant leadership capacity in the next three years.
Due to the size of this plant, this client would be comfortable in hiring a Production Manager or Operations Manager within a larger plant who would be excited about the opportunity to run their own smaller facility.
