We are looking for talented Shift Leaders who will helpdirect the shiftoperations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.

Demonstrate exemplary operations skills in all aspects of the restaurant including making quality products for our guests and ensuring eachproduct meets Cicis standards andreflects the guests order.

• Solicit guest feedback, share feedback with team, and use feedback to improveoperations and build brand loyalty.

Communicate, train and promotequality standards to team members by utilizing all available tools including the Cicis Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.

• Supervise a restaurant team, maintain adequate shift staffing levels according to projected sales, properly train team members to exceed guest expectations, ensure compliance with uniform and appearance standards, and coach for improvedperformance.

Ensure team is quality and guest focused and build an atmosphere of teamwork, energy and fun.

• Execute cash managementduties.

Assist in the management ofinventory levels using the companys systems and guidelines to minimize waste and loss. Manage companys assets by ensuring the restaurant is clean, safe and organized; Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise
Ability to lead a team during a shift with no supervision
Bilingual in certain markets
Work with phones and computers
Non-exempt, hourly position
