SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Senior Financial Analystwillberesponsiblefor
assisting
thepreparationandanalysis of the consolidated financial reporting for the financial close and forward-looking planning (e.g., periodic forecasts and the annual budget), as well as support the daily operations of Corporate Accounting & Business Unit Finance to ensure effective handling of journal entries, account reconciliations and overall financial reporting & controls.

Assist inthe preparation of themonthlyfinancialreportingpackageandrelatedfluctuationanalysisfordomesticand international operations
Maintainclearandeasytousetemplatestofacilitatedatacollectionusedformanagement

Create and managead-hocanalysistoenableSeniorLeadershipTeamandBoardofDirector'stomakeinformed business decisions
Maintain a strong working knowledge of the full reporting & consolidation process including actual results, supplemental data, budgets, allocations
Develop&implementinternalcontrolsconcerningfinancial reporting including intercompany mapping, reconciliations and eliminations
Assist in the design&build
of
newreportingsolutionsinSmartViewfortheGlobalFinance team
Supportthepreparationoftheannualfinancialstatementsandrelated footnotes
UtilizeOracleSmartViewtoupdate reports,includingmanagementpresentations,trend analysis and Business Unit input templates
Complete account reconciliations and cost analysis for Corporate and Business Unit finance teams
Support and drive key ad hoc projects and requests
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (CPA a plus)
Minimum of 3 years' experience in either Public or Corporate accounting environment with a focus in financial reporting and consolidations
Hands on experience with general ledger, trial balance and journal entries
Experience with financial consolidation systems, preferably Oracle FCCS or HFM is a plus
Demonstrated ability to organize multiple and diverse projects including, analytical thinking, planning, prioritizing, problem solving, decision making, creativity in presenting various options and accurately carrying out assigned projects with minimal supervision
Strong analytical skills coupled with a solid understanding of business dynamics
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
Knowledge of foreign business practices and foreign exchange translation is a plus
Excellent written communications skills & oral communication skills
Able to perform in a fast-paced, team environment, under pressure with time constraints while responding and adapting to change favorably and quickly
