As an E-Commerce Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our client's online presence, overseeing multiple platforms including Amazon, Walmart, and the company website.
You continuously optimize platform performance by staying abreast of new features and policy changes, collaborating closely with the marketing team to amplify visibility and enhance customer loyalty.
Through meticulous analysis of marketplace metrics and sales data, you identify trends, capitalize on opportunities, and pinpoint areas for improvement.
Coordinating with the operations team ensures seamless order fulfillment while staying vigilant of marketplace shifts and competitor activities ensures you stay ahead of the curve.
You execute promotional campaigns that align with the company objectives and capitalize on e-commerce marketplace opportunitiesQUALIFICATIONS FOR AN E-COMMERCE MANAGER
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
3+ years of experience in eCommerce account management or similar roles
An understanding of SEO keywords, digital marketing, online shopping platforms, and social media
Demonstrable knowledge of major online marketplaces, their algorithms, and seller best practices
Ability to work on-site
Preferred:
Knowledge of the fashion/apparel industry
Ability to speak Mandarin
