- Full Schedule Mon - Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm
- Provide full range of community and social support services to assigned individuals
- Complete rehabilitation assessment and complete/update recovery plans
- Track and report requirements for outcomes and evaluations
- Possess a high level of ability to motivate participants in the health and wellness program
- Teach members about managing mental and physical health, provide individual health coaching to participants
- Ensure provision of safety with all participants and equipment in center
- Provide transportation to clients as appropriate utilizing personal vehicle for agency business
- Bachelor's Degree in behavioral health field required
- One year experience with personal training / health and wellness programming
- Certification in personal training or other national group fitness instruction certification
- Experience with substance abuse and mental health counseling
- Bi-lingual, Spanish preferred
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Computer literacy for tracking and documentation of outcomes
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current registration and insurance
- Establish a relationship with one of the largest referral agencies for behavioral-health
- Compensation processed weekly
