- Conduct routine and stat laboratory tests across disciplines like Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Hematology.
- Efficiently manage laboratory data systems to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure the laboratory's operational standards are met, including regulatory compliance with CAP.
- Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshoot to uphold lab operational standards.
- Manage quality control procedures and ensure they meet required specifications.
- Handle critical lab results and specimens according to established protocols.
- Minimum Associate Degree in a relevant field; Bachelor's preferred.
- State of Florida Technologist License required or ability to obtain one during the interview process.
- At least 3 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting.
- BLS certification preferred.

Salary Range: $56,347 per year - $84,074 per year
Sign-on bonuses: $10K for night shifts, $5K for day shifts.
Shifts: Nights (10 PM - 6:30 AM), Rotating Weekends; 8, 10, 12 hr shifts
Differentials: Night Shift: +$2.50/hr
