Job summary

This position assists in planning, development and implementation of personnel management labor relations and human resources administration policies programs and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Assesses manpower needs to determine recruitment efforts with special attention to shortage positions.
  • Establishes procedures for recruitment placement skill utilization supervises procurement investigation interview selection of personnel.
  • Determines analyzes training needs formulates develops plans procedures training meet facility needs.
