    Direct Hire opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a large Fresno employer that offers an excellent work environment and a long term career opportunity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Daily processing of invoices (100+/day).
    • Ensuring accuracy and completion of all assigned invoices/tasks.
    • Reviewing, researching, and communicating vendor related issues.
    • Daily/Weekly posting of checks/EFT's.
    • Review of general ledger, related to AP function.
    • Creation of JE's to support AP function.
    • Creation and submission of various regulatory items to Federal/ State entities.
    • Accurate and timely completion of all forms, reports and other documentation as required by the position and requested by management.
    • Supports answering main line phones.
    • Responds to customer queries and redirects callers accordingly.
    • Maintains clear and respectful communication with customers, vendors, teammates and supervisors. Seeking clarification and support where needed.
    • Works well in a team environment. Willing and able to support the team as needed

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of prior accounts payable processing experience, in a digital format.
    • Strong knowledge of excel.
    • Good organizational and time-management skill
    • Proficient in the Office365 environment
    • Ability to dynamically adapt to changing technological environment

    This will be a full time position with a salary rate of $24-26 per hour, plus a robust benefits package. Employees may choose if they would like their schedule to be 7-3:30, 7:30-4, 8-4:30 or 8:30-5.
