- Collaborate closely with supervisors and project engineers to ensure timelines are met and specifications are adhered to
- Perform minor modifications to machinery with supervisor approval
- Test and debug assembled machinery to ensure optimal functionality
- Maintain effective communication and provide exceptional customer service
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adhere to deadlines while maintaining accuracy in timekeeping
- 2-4 years of machine building experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, depending on project demands
