    We are seeking both experienced recruiters and entry level candidatesPosition Summary:
    Able to craft and execute recruiting strategies to attract and hire top talent Recruit, interview, test and hire for temp, temp-to-hire and permanent placement positions Communicate with hiring managers to obtain detailed job descriptions Identify and determine most qualified candidates to meet customer demands Proactively recruit via phone/webcam interviews Screen and source resumes based on market demands to build robust candidate pipeline Schedule interviews daily to develop a qualified candidate pipeline Serve as a liaison between client and prospects to coordinate interviews Follow up on associate interviews Responsible for administering all pre-employment screenings Effectively communicate Employnet benefitsExtend job offers with detailed assignment information Promote company as an Employnet Ambassador to entice clients and talent Professionally represent Employnet on all social media platforms to recruit, source and promote Report and document work-related accidents, incidents and or grievances involving temporary employees Coaches, counsels, and motivates to increase employee retention Effectively communicate to all candidates, clients, and internal staff in a professional manner, including ending assignments and terminations Conduct quality performance calls to ensure associate is meeting client expectations Collaborate with Human Resources on all Employee Relation Issues Meet Employnet compliance standards: I-9s WOTC HR Center/Onboarding Drug Test Data Integrity Criminal Backgrounds VMS/MSP Tools Responsible for accurate ATS documentation on employee and client profile Required to take initiative to solve associate and client problems with sense of urgency and superior customer service Develop and establish strong business relationships with clients Consult with clients on staffing and market trends Resolve payroll issues for associates with a sense of urgency Work hand in hand with management to ensure customer expectations are met Able to work extended hours including weekends and overtime as necessary Able to respond to last minute client requests and work demands Communicate with clients regularly to ensure effective communication Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Take on special projects on a needed basis Manage Job Boards and Social Media

    Required Skills:
    Knowledge of

    Microsoft Office Suite:
    Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    Ability to effectively manage Job BoardsSocial media knowledge of Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
