• Work Schedule: Days and Evenings with Weekend and Holiday Rotation
• Hours: 7a - 7p

Summary: Assist in planning, organizing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating activities in the patient care department.

Responsibilities:

• EDUCATION
• - High school diploma
• - AAS Degree in Secretarial Science, Medical Office Assistant, or equivalent
• - Medical terminology and computer experience preferred
• EXPERIENCE
• - One year office experience or unit clerk experience preferred
• KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
• - Proficient in medical terminology
• - Typing and computer skills
• - Familiar with office equipment, fax, phones, call systems, paging systems, and printers
• - Accuracy in typing and data entry
• - Operating a PC and word processing program
• Physical activity includes: walking, standing, sitting, frequent stooping, and keyboard use
