    Description

    Job Overview

    Transport Driver reporting to our facility in Des Moines, Iowa

    Position Details:

    • Transport Drivers are responsible for ensuring our products are delivered to our regional distribution centers and/or drop sites in a safe and timely manner
    • Typically no-touch freight
    • Consistent runs, home daily
    • Performs required pre and post trip vehicle inspections and maintains all required DOT documentation (including trip electronic logs)
    • Averages 2,000 - 2,300 miles per week
    • Averages 3-4 drop and hooks per shift
    • Typically transports products to and from our facilities

    Shift and Schedule

    • Monday through Thursday
    • Start Time Varies- 3:00PM - 5:00PM - Finish
    • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
    • Home Daily

    Total Rewards

    • Pay starting at $31.83 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $33.53 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
    • Benefits, subject to eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
    • 21 years of age or older
    • Valid Commercial Drivers License A (CDL A)
    • 1 year of commercial driving experience
    • Lift, push, pull up to 15lbs
