Investment Operations Associate, Charitable Services - Charlotte

Job summary
We are seeking a hands-on Investment Operations professional to lead and scale the operational infrastructure supporting our philanthropy-tech platform, Give.This role owns the end-to-end execution of donor-advised fund (DAF) operations, including grants, contributions, trading, and custodian coordination,
while serving as a key problem-solver across Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in investment or wealth management operations,
paired with a customer-first mindset and a passion for improving processes through automation and AI-enabled tooling.
Qualifications
- Experience working with platforms such as Advent,
- Familiarity with custodial integrations including Schwab,
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
