- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of all public spaces within the hotel, including the lobby, hallways, stairwells, restrooms, fitness center, etc.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel's exterior, including parking lot, entrance, patio, pool area, etc.
- Assist the housekeeping and front desk teams by delivering supplies, linens, and amenities to guest rooms.
- Assist in Laundry as needed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional items or assistance.
- Maintain an organized inventory of housekeeping supplies.
- Your attention to detail ensures that supplies are delivered accurately and on time.
- A proactive attitude is your signature – you anticipate the needs of the housekeeping team and our guests.
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel setting is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills are essential for coordinating with various departments.
- You're physically fit and capable of lifting and moving supplies and equipment.

Guests can shop, dine, and see a movie at Crossroads Plaza, less than a half mile away. Our suites feature fully equipped kitchens and separate living and dining areas. The hotel is located at 555 Crossroads Blvd, Cary, NC 27518.
The Role:
As a Houseperson, you're the extra set of hands that keeps our hotel and housekeeping department running smoothly. This is a PM/second shift position, approximately 30 hours per week.
