Deposit Services ACH & Wire Assistant Manager

This role is perfect for experienced professionals with strong attention to detail, communication skills, operational efficiency, and supervisory skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in banking and hold an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification.

About the Position

The Deposit Services Automated Clearing House (ACH) & Wire Assistant Manager oversees daily ACH and wire operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency regulatory compliance and internal controls. This position provides managerial oversight to the ACH and Wire Specialists while supporting management through project coordination workflow oversight quality review team coaching development research interpretation implementation of regulatory rule changes to maintain compliance support payment modernization initiatives drive fraud prevention risk mitigation efforts proactive identification investigation remediation potential fraud indicators operational red flags.

Key Responsibilities:
