    We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Wireless RF Regulatory Engineer to join our team and make a significant impact in the field of wireless technology.

    As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with wireless communication regulations and standards.

    You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge wireless technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products to market, ensuring compliance with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and global regulations for wireless technologies.

    You will be comprehending and interpreting global RF Regulations, and partner with design teams to ensure compliance by design and testing outcome.

    Your expertise in understanding RF regulations, experience in working with regulatory conformance test methodologies, and in-depth knowledge of wireless technologies will be crucial in the role.

    This position requires diverse set of people and technical skills to achieve GM business goals. Candidate will need to exercise independent and consistent team approaches in a creative, robust, efficient manner. The selected individual will be expected to provide technical leadership, foster innovation, facilitate communication, and inspire passion.

    Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
    Interpret and understand the regulations to support the design teams in creating test plans, & drive compliance procedures/test methodologies for wireless RF devicesWork with suppliers, and DREs to drive RF regulatory compliance with FCC and global regulations for wireless technologies, including but not limited to Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, cellular, NFC, Inductive Power TransferStay updated on the latest FCC and global regulations, and emerging wireless technologies to ensure compliance and provide guidance to internal teamsParticipate in working groups to stay informed about regulatory developments and contribute to shaping industry standardsInterpret regulations from different regulatory bodies, leveraging public policy & legal team as necessary in providing feedback to support creation of internal Advisories informing design teamsProvide technical expertise and support resolutions for regulatory compliance issuesProvide risk assessments to design teams when RF devices are not successfully completing RF regulatory compliance testing at proper Vehicle Development milestones#J-18808-Ljbffr
