    FULL DESCRIPTION: We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Engineer specializing in Geotechnical Engineering to join our dynamic team. The Project Engineer will play a vital role in providing technical expertise and support for various civil engineering projects, with a focus on geotechnical aspects.

    The selected candidate will be responsible for:

    • Conduct geotechnical investigations, including field studies and laboratory testing, to assess site conditions.
    • Analyze soil, rock, and groundwater data to provide recommendations for foundation design, slope stability, and other geotechnical aspects.
    • Prepare geotechnical reports, calculations, and drawings in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
    • Utilize geotechnical engineering software and tools to perform analysis and design tasks efficiently and accurately.
    • Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, architects, and construction professionals, to integrate geotechnical considerations into overall project designs.
    • Provide technical support during construction activities, including site visits and evaluations, as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards in all geotechnical design and construction activities.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in geotechnical engineering technology, and best practices to continuously improve project outcomes.

    The selected candidate will also possess:

    • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or Geotechnical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in geotechnical engineering or related field.
    • Proficiency in geotechnical software applications such as gINT, GeoStudio, and PLAXIS.
    • Strong understanding of soil mechanics, foundation engineering principles, and geotechnical analysis methods.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies in the field of geotechnical engineering.

    Salary: $90k-100k/yr
