Position Summary:

Nassau Candy is seeking a dedicated part-time Warehouse Porter to support daily operations by keeping our facility clean, organized, and safe.

This role is essential in maintaining a productive work environment and includes cleaning bathrooms and common areas and disposing of basic material handling.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse setting.


Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the facility, including sweeping, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and removing debris or waste.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
Restock and organize cleaning supplies, paper products, and other materials as needed.
Monitor and report maintenance issues or unsafe conditions to management.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations.

Preferred Qualifications & Requirements
Previous janitorial or maintenance experience a plus
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50lbs
Comfortable standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
Basic understanding of warehouse safety protocols
Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic
Reliable and punctual

Shift:
Part time position up 15hrs a week flexible days and times.
