JD:

Bachelor's degree in relevant major such as Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information systems, etc.

5+ years IT experience in the field of VOIP/ IP telephony.

5+ years experience in Cisco UC Manager / Call Manager (CUCM).

5+ years experience in Cisco Unity / Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).

3+ Cisco IM & Presence Server (IM&P) / Cisco Jabber.

3+ years experience in Cisco Contact Center UCCX or UCCE.

3+ years experience with Cisco Webex Cloud technology WxC and WxCC.

Experience with Calabrio Call recording.

Experience with Voice IOS Gateways with H.323, MGCP.
