    This is a remote position.
    The employer is a leading Web3 yield engine for the crypto economy offering a unified layer that connects capital to the best risk-adjusted yield across DeFi and reallocates assets across DeFi to maximize yield.

    They are opening a Head of Ecosystem role. 

    MISSIONS :

     
    Own the company's ecosystem-driven growth strategy,
    Drive adoption of their infrastructure across the broader application landscape.
    Own scaling customer acquisition through partnerships.
    Design and own their end-to-end ecosystem strategy
    Onboard the next billion people into DeFi and doing this start from ground zero

    Requirements

    3+ years in Business Development, Ecosystem, or GTM roles in crypto or Web3 infra or developer-facing tech.
    Broad experience across EVM & Solana ecosystems.
    You have worked at a leading DeFi protocol (Ideally top 30)
    You are obsessed with growth and deliver incredible numbers through innovative partnerships.
    Proven success building partnerships, leading cross-functional projects, and working with technical teams.
    Excellent communication skills and comfort operating autonomously in fast-paced environments.
    Passion for protocol infrastructure and the future of on-chain yield.

    Remote - US/Europe/Latam/Dubai with a maximum 5hrs overlap with EST Timezone
    Salary : 200 to 250k USD

    Recruitment process : 

    Founder / CEO Interview : 30 min initial screen with CEO
    Hiring Manager Interview : Tech screen 1h 
    Take Home Test
    Final Interview : 3x interviews with team members
