    We are seeking career-minded final-year Residents and Fellows ready to start their clinical career with a forward-thinking organization transforming the future of care.

    Those specializing in Gastroenterology, Dermatology, Endocrinology as well as other specialties are welcome to apply.

    As a member of our Care Delivery team, you'll be integral to our vision to make healthcare better for everyone.

    You'll have the clinical resources, data, and support of a global organization behind you to help patients live healthier lives.

    Position Highlights

    • Receive a generous guaranteed salary in your final year of training.
    • Enhance your experience during your final months of training and eliminate the burden of job searching.
    • Learn how to operate and thrive in a value-based care model in a system driving population health initiatives.
    • Grow exposure to the Quadruple Aim framework and various understandings of care settings.
    • Mentorship from experienced physicians easing transition from training into practice.
    • The customized program will be completed at Reliant Medical Group and/or virtually with deep exposure to primary and specialty care in a practice environment requiring a commitment of only a few hours per month.

    Required Qualifications

    • M.D. or D.O.
    • Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or fellowship or early into their final year.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts.
