Job summary
The Property Maintenance Associate is responsible for scheduling general maintenance repair and upkeep of assigned buildings grounds and equipment to ensure all properties remain safe functional and visually appealing.This role supports the daily operations of the property management team and assists in addressing service requests preventive maintenance and improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of clerical duties for the Store Services Department such as greeting visitors answering incoming calls relaying messages to staff members directing visitors callers to appropriate personnel providing information assistance preparing agendas calendars typing letters memos filing distribution etc.
- Maintains various files on stores for construction maintenance leasing correspondence vendors contractors etc.
