We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate and maintain machinery efficiently and safely to meet production goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Shift and Pay:1st shift Mon-Friday 7am-3:30pm$15.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate assigned machinery in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
2. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output and identify any deviations or malfunctions.
3. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machinery to optimize performance and prevent breakdowns.
4. Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products as necessary.
5. Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
7. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
8. Complete production reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and production standards.
10. Participate in training programs and continuous learning opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
