    Position Summary

    We are a professional team focused on providing our guests with a memorable experience while staying at our property and in Denver. We aim to curate a stay that best fits our individual guests' needs that has led to loyal guests that continue to come back to Hotel Teatro throughout the years. We encourage critical thinking and creativity in our team members which, we believe empowers team members to go above and beyond expectations to provide a service unmatched by other hotels in Denver. From greeting guests to wishing them safe travels we expect our team members to be professional, organized and thorough in the completing all front desk responsibilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing the front desk bank, recording transactions and handling documentation appropriately, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Reviewing guest requests, preferences and purchased packages, fulfilling each one in a timely fashion while maintaining an attention to detail
    • Willing to go the extra mile to satisfy and improve guest experience
    • Staying familiar and up to date with billing guidelines to ensure payment is collected correctly from guests and third parties
    • Exhibiting open communication and positive attitude to all hotel departments to ensure guests needs are met, strong verbal and written skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Knowledgeable of surrounding restaurants and activities to recommend to guests, staying within Hotel Teatro standards, that meet our guests' expectations

    Education

    • High school diploma or vocational secretarial.

    Experience

    • 3 years related experience and/or training.
