About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to join its executive leadership team. The CIO will be a key transformational member, responsible for establishing and executing a global vision for managing information and technology in support of the organization's mission and strategic objectives. This includes overseeing all aspects of IT, data governance, cybersecurity, and digital transformation. The successful candidate will ensure that technology investments and strategies are cost-effective and aligned with the long-term success that contributes to the organization's impact.
The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and international resources to provide modern technological support, particularly in the areas of fundraising and donor management. The CIO will also be tasked with developing and implementing technology-oriented best practices to position the organization as a leader in technology innovation and drive global change. The ideal candidate for the CIO position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior IT leadership role, with experience in the non-profit sector being a distinct advantage.
