Job summary
We are looking for a Patient Concierge to work with our Refractive program who is passionate about delivering an outstanding patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a personalized and friendly patient experience during registration, including greeting patients, updating demographic and financial information, and collecting co-pays.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions, including assisting with paperwork and managing dynamic or escalated situations with professionalism and empathy.
