    Asphalt Paving Foreman

    We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Foreman to manage crews, oversee daily operations, and ensure high-quality results in a local setting.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the paving crew
    • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and job specifications
    • Manage job site safety and quality control
    • Schedule and coordinate materials and equipment
    • Train, lead, and develop crew members
    • Communicate effectively with project managers and inspectors

    Project Scope Includes:

    • Roadway Paving
    • Parking Lots
    • Driveways
    • Milling & Resurfacing Projects
    • Asphalt Patching & Repair
