    Certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor

    Job Summary:

    The Medallion Club in Westerville, Ohio is currently seeking Certified Personal Trainers and Group Fitness Instructors. Build clientele by administrating fitness assessments and conducting personal training sessions, as well as teach group fitness classes. Classes can include, but are not limited to: Bootcamp, Yoga, Pilates, Circuit Training, Core, Stretch, etc.

    Responsibilities Include:
    • Ability to build clientele administrating fitness assessments and safely conducting personal training sessions.
    • Ability to sell the value and importance of personal training sessions to our members.
    • To teach weekly group exercise classes in a professional and safe manner to the members and guests of the Fitness Center.
    • Ability to adjust and operate all fitness equipment.
    • Assisting members, answering questions, and creating a positive exercise experience for all members and class participants.
    • Light paperwork.
    • Mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
    • Ability to sub for other instructors on occasion.
    • Possess an enthusiastic, passionate, friendly, and ambitious personality.
    Qualifications:
    • High School graduate or equivalent.
    • Nationally Recognized Personal Training Certification
    • Nationally Recognized Group Exercise Certification (if applicable).
    • Current CPR, AED certification.
    Experience:
    • Personal Training and Group Fitness: 1 year (Preferred)
    Salary
    • Commission based Personal Training per session structure.
    • $35/$40 tiered Group Fitness Class structure.
