AS A LEAD SUPERVISOR A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
Developing, coaching, training, and retaining talentChampioning our credit and loyalty programs. Ensure your team caninform, educate, and promote the benefits and offerings that reward our guest and enhance their shopping experienceExecuting and leading store merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, and store operations functions to ensure consistency of brand experienceUtilizing business reports to guide decisions and hold self and others accountable to high-performance standards and resultsUnderstanding and usage of company standard software, systems, and proceduresInspiring and motivating a team to deliver results through feedback, coaching and company recognition programsCreating a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associatesPerforms other duties as assigned

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A BEALLS OR HOME CENTRIC LEAD SUPERVISOR:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferredEffective interpersonal and communication skillsWorks well both independently and within a team environmentStrong problem-solving skillsUtilization of Zebra PDA, POS Systems, Microsoft Office Programs, and Payroll/Scheduling SoftwareWork varying hours and schedules to include mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
