    We are looking for a highly motivated Media Analyst to join our growing Media Technology practice, within our GSD M media team.

    The Media Technology group is a critical connector between our campaign performance, insights and audience developments teams.

    An exciting time to join our GSD M Media team as we continue to evolve our capabilities and approach to deliver successful business outcomes for our clients.

    The Media Analyst will be responsible for facilitating measurement reporting, and mining for key insights from campaign performance. They report into the Supervisor, Media Technology, working closely with the Supervisor, Digital and VP/Director, Digital.

    This role will play an integral part of developing a holistic campaign measurement framework, cross-media attribution and implementing critical optimizations to drive positive campaign performance.

    They will also work collaboratively with the planning and digital teams to understand media plans, investment across channels and expected deadlines for all projects.


    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Familiarity with all digital media channels including video, display, mobile, search, etc.
    • Work with the media teams to develop measurement plans for specified campaigns, and clients, focused on media performance (and creative performance)
    • Analyze performance of campaigns and marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvements, while communicating clear, compelling and actionable insights
    • Have understanding of digital buying methods: CPV, CPC, CPM, CPCV, CPE, dCPM
    • Have a deep understanding of digital tracking, including tagging, mobile and social limitations
    • Develop tracking and reporting requirements, work with internal analytics team to implement custom tracking parameters
    • Demonstrate problem-solving ability with emphasis on drawing inferences with data
    • Must have experience or working knowledge of a digital ad server (Google Campaign Manager, formerly DoubleClick ad server, is preferred), ads manager platform (Google Ads formerly AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager are preferred), and media reporting software (Datorama and Prisma Reporting are preferred)
    • Deliver projects independently, but proactively communicate project progress, issues and deliverables to manager and director
    • Ensure all client materials meet/exceed expectations (content quality) while meeting deadlines
