    Medical Records/Infection Control LVN

    Rochester Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is actively hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility.

    About the Job:

    • Recording health details of Residents; administering medications and injections as needed
    • Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

    The ideal candidate will have a valid NY State LPN license. As part of our team, you can take advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement Program and Two-Tiered Insurance Plan: Medical and Dental.
    Maintain accurate records of Resident care, ensuring timely communication with healthcare teams.
    Care for personal hygiene needs including bathing, dressing, grooming
    Closely monitor food intake/output alongside observation on fluid balance,
    We offer competitive pay rates between $28.37-$32.52 per hour with shift differentials applied when working evening or night shifts.
