As the newest member of our team, you will fill the role of Insurance Sales Representative, working closely with policyholders to tailor their insurance plans and provide top-tier service.

    Responsibilities

    Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer personalized guidance. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls efficiently, providing solutions and assistance. Policy Customization: Create customized insurance plans based on individual client requirements. Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to enhance client portfolios by suggesting additional policies. Relationship Building: Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends to provide knowledgeable advice.


    Requirements

    Licensing: Active insurance license preferred

    Experience: Background in insurance sales or related field preferred

    Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities

    Customer Focus: Dedication to exceeding client expectations

    Adaptability: Comfortable working remotely while maintaining productivity

    Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

    Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools
