    Responsibilities

      Order Processing
    • Accurately enter and process customer orders into the system.
    • Collaborate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
    • Resolve order-related issues promptly and communicate updates to customers.
    • Customer Service:
    • Assist customers with order inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
    • Provide exceptional service through various communication channels (phone, email, Live Chat).
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
    • Attention to Detail:
    • Scrutinize order details for accuracy, including product codes, quantities, and shipping information.
    • Identify and rectify discrepancies to maintain the highest level of precision.
    • Fast-Paced Environment:
    • Navigate a high-volume order environment efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
    • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Startup Culture Comfortable:
    • Embrace the company culture by bringing a proactive and solution-oriented approach to the team.
    • Contribute ideas for process improvement to enhance overall efficiency.
    • Cross-Functional Communication:

    • Collaborate with sales, warehouse, and other teams to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
    • Communicate effectively to resolve customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant experience is a plus.
    • Proven experience in order entry, customer service, or a related administrative role.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer interactions.
    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Comfortable with technology and proficient in order management systems.
    Requirements
    • Ability to lift, push, pull, carry, and/or move up to 20 lbs.
    • The ability to lift 30 lbs. chest high will be required.
    • The role will require long periods of standing and sitting.
    • The employee will be required to use hands for computer work and pipetting.
    • Must pass a health screening.
    $25 - $30 an hour
