    In this role, you will utilize your expertise in payroll management & QuickBooks to take charge of bookkeeping.     What You'll Do:
    • Manage payroll operations accurately and efficiently
    • Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain financial records
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
    • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
    • Prepare financial reports and summaries for management
    What You'll Bring:
    • Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or related field
    • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online software
    • Familiarity with payroll processing and relevant regulations
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Prior experience in industrial construction a plus
