RPh on the Go is actively searching fora highly skilled and experienced Oncology Pharmacist willing to work in Mishawaka. IN. This is a full time position, working Monday-Friday, days shifts. Responsibilities:

• Dispensing medications and chemotherapy agents accurately and efficiently.
• Compounding sterile preparations for chemotherapy administration.
• Monitoring patient profiles to ensure appropriate medication therapy.
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to develop and adjust treatment plans.
• Providing patient education on medication use, side effects, and self-care strategies.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy operations.
• Contributing to the overall functioning of the oncology pharmacy team.

Requirements:

• Active and Clear Indiana Pharmacist License.
• Strong understanding of chemotherapy agents and their administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing and compounding.
