- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals and needs.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents/guardians, and other members of the educational team to support students' academic success and inclusion in the school community.
- Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust intervention strategies as needed to ensure positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including progress reports, treatment notes, and IEP documentation.
- Stay current with best practices in the field of speech-language pathology and participate in professional development opportunities.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active SLP-CCC License in Arizona.
- Experience working with school-aged children and adolescents, preferably in a high school setting.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for a wide range of speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Active IVP fingerprint Card.
