Onsite in MN (Some minimal travel to CA)

Our client is transferring product from R&D to commercialization for a new product version being released and is in need of a MFG Process Engineer.

This person will be working with their CMO and their internal engineering team.

The primary focus of the role will be process driven - there will be a mix of equipment (belongs to CMO) and product oversight.

Will need high level experience with Process Validation.

This person must be a strong communicator. This person will be required to be on-site at the CMO in MN for several weeks at a time. There may be trips to the client location in Carlsbad, CA.


Must Have:
6 to 7 years' experience
Engineering Degree preferably an ME degree.
Medical device experience, a big plus would be with active implants.
Experience transferring product from R&D to commercialization.
Experience managing or working with Contract Manufacturers.
Experience in Process validation.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and find solutions to support ongoing production.
Able to lead cross functional teams. (CMO and Internal Engineers)
