Director - System Clinical & Applications to join our team

The System Director of Clinical Informatics and Applications is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling Aspirus' Clinical Informatics and Information Technology enterprise application functions and the activities of personnel engaged in the provision of such services.

Experience/Qualifications:

Knowledge of information systems development, implementation, and project management normally acquired through completion of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics.

A minimum of ten years' experience in Information Technology management.

Possesses analytical skills necessary to develop and implement appropriate changes to programs and to oversee and direct work of assigned subordinates.

Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills to work effectively with a team environment. Thorough knowledge of operational processes and process improvement beneficial.
Annualcompetencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.

Aspirus Wausau Hospital

is the flagship of the Aspirus system that serves patients in 14 counties across northern and central Wisconsin, as well as the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
