    Position Title: Install/Service Coordinator

    Reports to: National Product Sales Manager

    Location: Kalamazoo, MI

    Employment Status: Full-Time

    FLSA Status: Exempt

    Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Install/Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing federal contracts for the installation and maintenance of equipment at federal facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and experience in using software for contract management. We will provide training, but the ideal candidate will already align with our core values of SOAR (Strong Integrity and Ethics, Outstanding Teamwork, Accountability-Driven and Relentless Pursue of Quality).

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of equipment installation and maintenance at federal facilities.
    • Ensure compliance with federal contract requirements and standards.
    • Use designated software to manage contracts, track project progress, schedule installations, and maintenance activities.
    • Liaise with federal agencies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
    • Resolve any issues that arise during the installation and maintenance processes.
    • Prepare and maintain detailed reports on the status of contracts and projects.
    • Prepare estimates.
    • Monitor contract budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed within allocated resources.
    • Travel may be required.
    • All other duties as assigned.
    This position requires passing an extensive background check.

    Requirements

    Qualifications:
    • Shall possess a Associate degree or in lieu of, have 2 years of related experience.
    • Proven experience as an installation coordinator, service coordinator, or similar role.
    • Proficiency in using project management and contract management software.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with multiple stakeholders.
    • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively under pressure.
    • Valid driver's license
    • Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft office products required
    • Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry and written communication
    • Customer Focused and team-oriented work ethic
    • Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality
