- Develop and maintain standards of operation in all food and beverage departments to deliver a high level of service.
- Collaborate with your team to set the tone for all guests.
- Develop and refine F&B strategy and lead daily operations .
- Own the entire F&B P&L, growing sales through new products and promotional ideas as well as implementing cost controls.
- Order and efficiently maintain food inventory.
- Four (4) years of related work experience. This can include various restaurants, concessions, or special event catering and managing and supervising a staff of 30 or more .
- Proven ability to interact positively with all levels of management, coworkers, and guests to promote a team effort and maintain a positive and professional approach.
- Have strong problem-solving skills with quick decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with various equipment and machinery used in restaurant or concession settings.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office processing programs Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends. Hours per week vary depending on scheduled events.
