    Job Purpose:


    Responsible for assisting in development and implementation of marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.

    Assists development and implementation of support materials and services for chapters in the area of marketing, communications and public relations.

    Supports the Sales personnel , communications and public relations staff and coordinates with the Marketing Director on all marketing efforts for the organization.


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for Company product demonstration and presentation.
    • Responsible for design and production of marketing powerpoint.
    • Responsible for current users of company products
    • Responsible for farms and electronic information from the customer service department
    • Responsible for presentation set up on the day of special events
    • Coordinate the appearance of all Organization print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.
    • Coordinate and oversee programs, technical assistance and resource materials to assist operations in the marketing, communications and positioning of their activities.

    Required:
    Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities. Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills. Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations and negotiating with social media. Computer literacy in word processing, data base management and page layout. Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams. Strong oral and written communications skills.
    Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

    Education and Experience:
    High School Diploma, Associates Degree or Bachelor's degree
    Two (2) years of related experience.

    Supervisory Responsibility:
    This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


    Work Environment:
    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

    The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

    This is largely a mobile role; required to be on your feet, in and out of the car. Visiting multiple clients daily as well as holding classes.


    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
    Minimum days and hours of full-time position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
