    Responsibilities:

    Under the supervision of the Director of IT, the Director of Applications and Sr. Applications Analysts the following numbered job duties are essential:

    Designs, creates, tests and loads menus, reports, forms and dictionaries, based on end user needs; Updates documentation on menus, reports and forms in both the "test" environment and live" environment; Sets up new user security access as instructed; Troubleshoots all software problems on the hospital wide information system; Troubleshoots all hardware and communications problems on the hospital wide information system; Performs other systems/applications tasks as necessary; Must attend all required hospital in-service programs; Responsible for reviewing and incorporating the Hospital and Department Mission Statements in daily work activities; Responsible for reviewing Hospital and Departmental Continuous Quality Improvement Goals, procedures and models.

    Qualifications:

    High School graduate (or equivalent) with additional technical school training in computers required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Business (preferred). Knowledge of computer programming / report writing / scripting and analysis preferred. Must have a working knowledge of relational database and client-server concept familiar with a variety of fields concepts, practices and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal kills required.
