    About the Job

    We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing physical examinations, and assisting with procedures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and monitoring patient responses.
    • Conduct thorough physical examinations to assess patients' overall health and identify potential issues.
    • Assist with medical procedures, such as injections and IV therapy, under the supervision of licensed physicians.
    • Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical history, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records using electronic health record systems like Cerner and eClinicalWorks.
    • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans, tailoring approaches to individual needs.
    • Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures and self-care techniques, promoting empowerment and independence.
    • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols and following established guidelines.

    Requirements:

    • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of [Location].
